Cube Software Group invests in companies operating in the industry of software and information systems.
Software solutions might be SaaS or "on premise" and the associated business model can be multiple or hybrid.
We aim to address all markets, independent of geography, sector or type of application.
Investment Criteria
Cube Software Group targets European SMEs, with revenue from 2 m€ to 15 m€.
Target companies exhibit sustained growth and profitability. They have a differentiated value proposition in growing markets.
We support clear and ambitious strategies, needing funding for example for internationalization or external growth.
Types of Transactions
With a view to accelerating the growth of target companies, we invest in growth capital transactions (investment through capital increases potentially associated with the purchase of existing shares).
If acquisition opportunities are spotted for investees, we know how to organize merger operations. External growth remains at the heart of our investment strategy.
For buy-out transactions, we can invest in equity, quasi-equity and senior debt in order to ensure the financing of 100% of the asset.
